Testing 100 Nordic webshops isn't a simple task. It's safe to say that it's pretty time consuming to go through 400 metrics on a single webshop. It's made possible by our awesome team at Nordic eCommerce Knowledge - where we all have different backgrounds, behaviors and preferences. The result is double and triple checked before making it into The General Report. For the Personal and Comparative Report someone from our staff delivers the material personally, including a presentation.
